Kyndryl launched its first Cyber Defense Operations Center in Bengaluru, India, bringing network operations and security operations into a single integrated model to support incident response, resilience, and IT performance for global customers.
The company said the move responds to rising IT complexity driven by hybrid environments, AI-enabled threats, downtime risks, and expectations for continuous service delivery. It also cited its 2025 Kyndryl Readiness Report, which found that 31% of organizations are ready for external business risks, and that technology complexity is a key barrier to scaling AI.
The new center is designed to provide real-time visibility and unified monitoring across network and security functions, along with services spanning advisory, design and implementation, and managed operations. It will support AI-enabled assessments to identify operational and security gaps and prioritize remediation, role-based dashboards for different stakeholders, and more automated operational workflows using runbooks and security telemetry to reduce manual handoffs and alert fatigue.
Kyndryl said the center will connect with its Kyndryl Bridge platform to provide a consolidated view of network and security telemetry and will operate alongside its existing global footprint of security and network operations centers providing continuous monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and network performance management.
